Department: Architectural Solutions FLSA Classification : Exempt Reports to : Director of Architectural Solutions Positions Supervised: None Position Overview Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work toward a successful team experience. Key Responsibilities Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s project budget, design task completions, and quality of design work. Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry along with project management assist. Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc. Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation. Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind. Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE Experience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP consultants.
