Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational decision‑making Author Ground‑Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step‑by‑step model answers that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive‑level rationale — serving as the "gold standard" for AI training Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI‑generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Sharpen AI Logic — Identify and document reasoning failures such as misapplied WACC calculations, sunk cost fallacies, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide clear, structured corrective feedback Who You Are Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution Deeply knowledgeable in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive‑style analysis and recommendations Exceptionally detail‑oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, logical arguments, and data interpretation A clear, precise writer who can communicate nuanced business reasoning in structured formats No prior AI or data annotation experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows Proficiency in quantitative tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user Why Join Us Work directly with industry‑leading AI research labs and cutting‑edge language models Fully remote and flexible — work when and where you choose, on your own schedule High autonomy contractor model — you set your pace within a 10–40 hour/week range Make a tangible impact on how AI understands and reasons about the business world Potential for ongoing work and contract renewals as new projects launch #J-18808-Ljbffr Alignerr
