CASA OH is a high-end wood design studio dedicated to the art of the handmade. At CASA OH, we specialize in bespoke interiors and custom furniture where every joint and finish is crafted by hand—no CNCs, no shortcuts. We believe in the integrity of traditional woodworking and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our shop and grow with us.

The Opportunity - No experience required! We aren't just looking for an employee; we’re looking for an apprentice of the craft. If you possess a high level of self-motivation and an obsessive eye for detail, we will invest in you. You will work directly under a master builder, gaining the skills necessary to turn raw lumber into functional art. Exact pay rate to be determined based on skillset.

What You’ll Do:

• The Fundamentals: Master the basics of fine carpentry, including sanding, edge banding, patching, and gluing.
• Shop Stewardship: Maintain a pristine workspace, assist with handling materials and shop errands.
• Assembly & Install: Assist in the meticulous assembly and final installation of high-end interiors.
• Growth: Transition from assistant tasks to complex joinery as your skills evolve.

What You Bring:

• An Exacting Eye: You notice the details others miss. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
• Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Passion: Passion for the craft is a requirement. Previous experience in carpentry or furniture making is a plus.
• Grit: You’re comfortable with the physical demands of a woodshop (lifting/moving heavy materials) and thrive in a structured M-F, 7:30am–4:30pm schedule.
