Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Correctional Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing high-volume telephone inquiries and handling critical document workflows, including processing FMLA forms and coordinating provider sign-offs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at multitasking, maintaining seamless communication within a digital healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume telephone inquiries.
• Handle critical document workflows/in basket requests.
• Process FMLA forms and coordinate provider sign-offs.
• Utilize 4 different software programs.

Qualifications

• EPIC experience.
• LVN license or MA certification.

Experience

• 2 years of primary care experience.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in healthcare software.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
