Lights Down, Skills Up: LVN Nights at SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC offers an opportunity to bring your licensed vocational nursing expertise to a unique and rewarding correctional healthcare environment. As an LVN on the night shift, you will provide direct, hands-on care to incarcerated patients, supporting medical, dental, and psychiatric services while working within a secure facility. You will perform focused assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic and acute conditions, respond to urgent and emergent needs, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records. Working closely with RNs, advanced practice providers, physicians, and mental health professionals, you will help ensure continuity of care throughout the night, contributing to a safe and stable clinical environment when the facility is at its quietest.
