Position Summary Tabor Academy seeks a compelling and passionate educator to teach Physics in our Science Department. Tabor’s Science Department seeks to foster scientific curiosity in our students, helping them become critical thinkers who are prepared for the role that science and technology will play in their lives whether they are scientists or scientifically knowledgeable citizens. Tabor’s science courses occur in integrated laboratory/classrooms, incorporating hands‑on lab experience into the routine of the class. As a residential school, Tabor considers the work of faculty broadly, and we engage with students both during and beyond the academic day. Faculty members at Tabor can expect to be responsible for weekly evening and monthly weekend supervisory duties and to be responsible for contributing to the life of the school for two seasons in the co‑curricular and/or athletic program. This is a full‑time exempt faculty position. Housing may be included in the compensation package.
