Job Description

Seeking a senior-level “storyteller” who blends product design, eCommerce expertise, and conversational UX to craft seamless, high-performing digital experiences. This role focuses on designing end-to-end customer journeys across chatbot and commerce ecosystems, with an emphasis on conversion, usability, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences across chatbot, eCommerce, and checkout flows
• Translate complex business and user needs into clear, compelling design narratives
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate ideas
• Apply eCommerce best practices (including conversion optimization and usability standards)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Present design strategy, decisions, and progress to leadership and executive audiences
• Contribute to and scale design systems and component libraries
• Use testing and data insights to inform iterative, performance-driven design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or related field
• Proven experience in eCommerce and/or chatbot design
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working in agile environments
• End-to-end multidisciplinary design expertise, including research and testing
• Advanced prototyping skills (mid- to high-fidelity)
• Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual design principles
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Ability to design for performance, not just aesthetics
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work required

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in UX, HCI, or related field
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
• Experience with data-driven and growth design methodologies
• Strong foundation in business and creative storytelling

The pay range for this position is 59 to 60. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
