Job Summary


We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development teams and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile best practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach team members on Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Remove obstacles that impede team progress and productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights
• Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and organizational Agile standards
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment
• Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency

Required Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent (e.g., Scrum Alliance certification)
• 2-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
