We seek seasoned, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This position transcends a simple desk jobit's a robust launchpad. Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful closure.
• Act as a Partnership Architect, intimately understanding client needs, challenges, and cultural dynamics.
• Strategic Sourcing leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS and your own networks, along with a dedicated communication platform.
• Utilize Our Innovative Platform to manage candidate workflows, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Long-Term Placements that yield sustained value for clients, while generating strong commissions for you.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand, as well as your own.

Who You Are

• Possess 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience

• Demonstrate confidence in navigating ATS/CRM systems (training available for ours)
