Position Title: Master Social Worker (MSW) - Dialysis (ICHD)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Floating required.

Additional Expectations: Ability to provide remote coverage for another clinic as needed, along with mandatory participation in monthly FHM meetings and weekly Core Team meetings.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.

• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.

• Obtained their Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for their state.

• Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.

• Intermediate computer skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience as a Master Social Worker (MSW) in In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in dialysis, preferred.

• Prior experience as a Social Work (MSW) in a dialysis setting is preferred, with a strong preference for experience in In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD).

The Salary Range for the role is $74,900 - $123,000/year.
