Job Responsibilities

Youth Tennis Instructor

• Instruct children and teenagers, ages 5-14, in the fundamentals of tennis.
• Develop lesson plans focused on skill development, strategy, and game tactics.
• Organize and lead group lessons, clinics, and individual coaching sessions.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Conduct regular assessments to track individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Worked closely with the head coach to plan and execute drills and training routines.
• Emphasized sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline as integral components of the coaching philosophy.

Skills

• Proficient in teaching tennis techniques to players of varying skill levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and teenagers.
• Knowledgeable in organizing and managing youth tennis events.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that balance skill development and enjoyment.
• Well-versed in equipment maintenance and court setup.

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
