Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation held weekly on Mondays.
• Must reside 60+ miles away to qualify for travel status.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) expertise.
• Current certifications as required prior to start; facility may request additional certifications if needed.
• Mandatory Tennessee Abuse Registry check with clear results (prior to assignment start).
• Clinical staff must comply with all state and facility-specific checks and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a range of medical-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a 25-bed critical access facility.
• Execute evidence-based practices while adapting to evolving protocols and maintaining high patient safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support seamless care transitions.
