Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in Tennessee
• Minimum travel distance: must reside at least 60 miles from Hartsville to qualify
• Required and up-to-date certifications (please reference the latest checklist for specifics)
• Successful completion of state-required background and Tennessee Abuse Registry checks prior to start
• Previous MS unit experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adhering to facility protocols and quality standards
