Schedule:

• Orientation every Monday (weekly start dates)

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• At least 60 miles from Lafayette, TN required for travel status
• Valid BLS and all required credentials completed before the start date
• Previous medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Compliance with Tennessee Abuse Registry checks before assignment (results required prior to start)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Facilitate patient education and engage with families about care plans
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for all aspects of patient care
